Signy enjoys continuously learning and teaching. Signy started her professional career working with Yale-IICAPS, then moved to YCSC’s Outpatient clinic, spending the last two years co-located at Whitney Pediatrics. Having been a core member of a co-location program at Whitney Pediatrics during the past two years, Signy is an advocate for integrated care and its benefits for children, adolescents and their families. Signy Peck is a licensed clinical social worker. Signy Peck, L.C.S.W., Team Administrator and Behavioral Health Clinician Moreno has experience providing psychiatric evaluation and treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Moreno is Medical Director of the Consultation-liaison psychiatry team, providing psychiatric consultation for medically ill patients and supervising child psychiatry fellows, as well as directing the psychiatry services to the emergency department of Yale-New Haven Children’s Hospital. In addition to her role on the ACCESS- MH team, Dr. Claudia Moreno received her MD from University of Puerto Rico Psychiatry Residency at the University of Florida, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the Yale Child Study Center. Lustbader was one of the primary champions of the ACCESS-Mental Health program and has a history of consultation with pediatrics clinics, development of collaborative office rounds (CORs), development of five pediatric and mental health co-location primary care clinics, and serves as a physician educator of primary care practitioners on children’s mental health topics.ĭr.
